Pupils who live further than 3 miles from the school may be entitled to free school transport. We currently have two buses which serve the villages in our catchment area. Please ask at the school office if you would like a copy of a timetable.
Pupils will need a bus pass. A letter telling you how to apply should come through automatically before your child starts at school, however if you have not received this letter or have moved house you may need to contact the Transport Department at Suffolk County Council. Message to Parents from Suffolk Transport
Is your child eligible for SCC funded school travel? If they are, you will need to opt-in by 31 May 2022 to receive travel for the start of the 2022/2023 school term.
If your child already receives SCC funded travel you still need to opt-in every year.
If your child is starting secondary school in September 2022 and they are eligible for SCC funded school travel you will be contacted by the 30 March 2022. You will need to opt-in if you would like your child to use this service.
If your child is starting primary school in September 2022 and they are eligible for SCC funded school travel you will be contacted by the 15 May. You will need to opt in if you would like your child to use this service.
